Based on Queensland’s Gold Coast, JSW Landscapes & Design was established by Jay Walker in 2004.
With over 24 years experience in the landscape industry JSW have earned themselves an outstanding reputation in the construction industry and have been the preferred landscaper for multiple high end residential award winning homes.
Our team’s vision is to combine the latest design trends with local and international sourced materials along with a clients vision to create luxury outdoor living spaces built with precision and of the highest quality.
We cater for projects from the Gold Coast to Byron Bay.
The JSW Design Process
1. Consult
The first stage of our design process is aligning on the brief – what you want to achieve – and agreeing on a set budget. We offer advice on design and materials to keep within your budget, yet produce a premium result for your investment.
2. Plans
After the brief is established in the consult we offer detailed 2D concept drawings, 3D renders or drone flyovers which gives clients a life-like view of the project before the construction phase commences. We take on further feedback from the client each step of the way.
3. Construct
The construction phase comes together with our team of qualified tradesman working from the design to bring your vision to life. Our team consists of landscapers, carpenters, tilers, stone masons to ensure every aspect of the project is handled professionally. We take the hard work out of coordinating different trades, and we project manage the whole design and construction process for you making it an enjoyable experience.
4. Maintain
We offer a maintenance program to keep your investment looking its best with our team of qualified Horticulturist.
